Based outside of Boston, MA, I’m founding a baking business making allergen-friendly baked goods because I want EVERYONE to be able to enjoy the experience of indulging in delicious treats. As someone who can eat anything, the food comes first — I don’t sell anything I wouldn’t enthusiastically enjoy.
Allergen Information
At this time, all goods are produced in a shared kitchen that also uses gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. I do my best to minimize risks, sourcing specifically gluten-free ingredients and using dedicated gluten-free equipment for spatulas and other common sources of cross-contamination (including my sweet new stand mixer!), but please be aware if you have a very strong sensitivity.
